Add a band date

Open Schedule and use the add button. Choose the kind of date, enter its place and time, then choose Pending or Confirmed when you save it.

• Shows, rehearsals, recording, promotion, meetings and other standalone dates live together.
• Cancelled dates remain visible with their status.
• All times stay tied to the date's chosen time zone.

Use tours as containers

A Tour groups related dates without hiding them from the main chronology. Each member date remains a normal Schedule item with its own details and linked work.

Understand sync state

A date saved offline appears immediately on your iPhone and shows that it is waiting to sync. It becomes authoritative for the rest of the band after Rails accepts that exact change.
