Invite Band members or Crew and understand what each role can do.
Choose the right access
Owners control the workspace. Band members collaborate on shared band work. Crew receive focused read-only access to practical show-day information.
Invite someone
Create the appropriate reusable invitation from Band > People, then send its universal link. A short code remains available as the installation or manual-entry fallback.
Manage membership safely
Access changes, removal, leaving and ownership transfer are confirmed by the server. If access is revoked, TourNote stops treating cached data or pending work as authoritative.
